WhistlePig Whiskey Collaboration for 30 July 2025

Earlier this year, we traveled to the WhistlePig farm in Shoreham, Vt., to select blends and single-barrel options in collaboration with WhistlePig’s team. With the help of Research and Development Distiller Mitch Mahar, we selected three barrels of 6-year-old Bourbon, which were then finish-aged in barrels that had previously held Imperial Stout, which had, in turn, previously held WhistlePig whiskey—a full circle moment! 

For several months, the whiskey rested in the freshly emptied barrels, taking on additional layers of complexity. The result: three distinct expressions of both time and cooperation that showcase our mutual efforts.

These will be available in our retail shop beginning Weds., 30 July, with a limit of one of each per person at $60 per bottle.
