In honor of our 15th Anniversary, we brewed a step-mashed, Old World German-style Fest Lager with a base of German malt and German Perle and Mittelfrüh hops, then conditioned it in wooden barrels at 3°C for three months.  Fresh krausen is added for a soft, approachable carbonation.
