In honor of Edward’s mother, we brew this unfiltered and naturally carbonated German-style Pilsner with our well water, malted barley, our favorite German hops, and classic German lager yeast. This edition has been bottle-conditioned for over six weeks in 500ml bottles for natural carbonation.
