The fourteenth entry in our Nonconformist collection features Northern Kiwi Fruit from Elmore Roots Fruit Tree Nursery in Elmore, Vt., and Pinot Noir Phantasm Thiol Powder developed by longtime friend Jos Ruffell of Phantasm.NZ and New Zealand’s Garage Project. Composed of a unique blend of Sankt and Self-Reliance: Nelson Sauvin, the composition was aged in a white wine barrel for 17 months and given over a year of development and rest in the bottle.
As always, the label features the imaginative artwork of our creative collaborator, lifelong friend, and new full-time colleague, Alex Peltz.
