Soignée • Sankt Hans

As the Summer Solstice approaches this coming week, we will release new batches of Soignée and Sankt Hans beginning Weds., June 19, in our retail shop.

Soignée
Ages ago, our dear friend Bim Lafontaine traveled from Japan to brew with us the inaugural batch of Brother Soigné, a collaboration that we continue to produce in the spirit of that visit.

A small portion of a subsequent batch was aged atop cherry pomace for nearly 3 months. The result honors both the legacy of that first brew day and the satisfaction of exploration.

Sankt Hans
Originally brewed on the June Solstice of 2012 with our Danish friends Peter Sonne of Flying Couch and Christian Skovdal Andersen of Beer Here, we have created this new iteration to honor that deep and abiding connection.

We will also have fresh cans of Conduct of Life and Society & Solitude #3 this coming week.
