Genealogy: Coffee Collective—Daterra • New Cans

For this coming week, beginning Weds., 14 November, we will offer the next in our series of draft-only releases will be a special variant of Genealogy in our taproom for to-go 750ml growlers.

For this selection of Genealogy, our stainless-conditioned coffee imperial stout (the base beer for Genealogy of Morals), we have conditioned the beer atop beans from Daterra Coffee in Cerrado, Brasil, sourced and roasted by our friends at The Coffee Collective in Copenhagen, Denmark.

This will be available in the tasting room for take-away in 750ml growlers only (2L growlers not available).

We’ll also have three new cans available this coming week:
• Hygge – The return of our American Red IPA, brewed with Cascade, Centennial, Chinook, and Simcoe®
• Legitimacy – American IPA Brewed with Citra®, Motueka™, and Simcoe® Hops
• Society & Solitude #4 – Imperial IPA Brewed with Citra® and Galaxy Hops
