This coming Weds., 8 January, we will release a new batch of Genealogy of Morals: Coffee Collective Kieni.

As part of our single origin coffee experiments, we aged our wheat imperial stout for more than 29 months in select Bourbon barrels, then further conditioned the beer atop Kieni coffee from Nyeri, Kenya, which was sourced and roasted by The Coffee Collective in Copenhagen. These friends long ago changed our world-view as to what coffee could be and continue to deeply influence us here at Hill Farmstead.
