Early Harvest Nelson Pale Ale

On Weds., 21 August, we will continue showcasing our partner relationships with growers and processors with the debut of Early Harvest Nelson Pale Ale.

Exploring the diverse characteristics expressed throughout the harvest, this single hop pale ale allows us to explore the delicate nuances between crops even a few days apart. A particular hop variety’s harvest window (depending upon crop size) may extend from a few hours in a single day to more than week; the flavor and aroma profiles of hops manifest subtle distinctions across the duration of the harvest window, regardless of its length, which we are able to experience first hand during selection.
