Thanksgiving, Twilight of the Idols, BA WiE?, and More
For this upcoming Thanksgiving week, we have a few updates and releases:
Retail Hours
We will be closed on Thanksgiving Day, Nov. 28, but we are open 12-5 p.m., on Weds., Nov. 27; Friday, Nov. 29; and Saturday, Nov. 30.
Twilight of the Idols
Twilight of the Idols is our winter porter brewed each autumn with a touch of coffee, and aged on a blend of vanilla beans. This tradition—conceived with a friend in 2009 while brewing in Denmark—continues still as we present this 10th release of this beer. The name is inspired by the title of the last text written by Friedrich Nietzsche, one of our philosophical idols and a guiding voice throughout our journey.
We will offer 500ml bottles to-go and a beautiful nitro version for enjoyment onsite in our taproom!
Barrel-Aged What is Enlightenment?
Originally brewed to celebrate our second anniversary, What is Enlightenment? is an American pale ale crafted with Amarillo® and Simcoe® hops. We aged a small portion of freshly brewed beer in a variety of French oak barrels for over 8 months, dry-hopped with Amarillo® and Simcoe® and then bottle conditioned. The result: a bright, enlivening, and aromatic beer that dares one to be wise and seek reason.
New Cans
We will have fresh cans of Society & Solitude #5 and Citra IPA, as well as a selection of bottles and other cans.
As always, stay tuned to our retail page for complete listings and updates.
Thanks and everyone have a wonderful Thanksgiving!
