23 June 2021 Curbside Retail Offerings

This coming week, we will release Blend 32 in our Civil Disobedience series. As has been customary, the fourth entry has been and continues to be a dark entry. Bottle conditioning for 18 months, this particular arrangement is woven from threads including Biere de Norma, Edith, and E., barrels whose lineage ranged from Flora Cuvee and Vera Mae to Sue and Juicy. These components were composed and then dry-hopped with personally selected Motueka hops from Freestyle Farms, our agricultural partners in Upper Moutere, New Zealand, as well as Hersbrucker and Mittelfrรผh from Seitz Farmโ€”our agricultural partner in Wolnzach, Germany.

We will also have available bottles of our collaboration with The Lost Abbey, A Still Small Voice. Portions of the final beer were brewed and barrel-aged in each location, then evaluated and blended in San Marcos at Lost Abbey. It was then dry-hopped with select Cascade hops, bottled in February 2020, and spent all of 2020 slumbering prior to release.ย

Anna makes its return this week to our bottle offerings, as will a fresh selection of cans including our coffee stout, Earl, and our American Pale Ale, Edward. This batch of Earl has been conditioning in stainless for over 2 months prior to packaging and features a blend of coffees from the roasters at George Howell Coffee in Acton. Mass.

Our selection of bottles to-go for curbside retail also includes Sankt, E., Soignรฉe Cherry/Raspberry, and Florence: Foudre.

Visit our online retail shop for complete information and to order for curbside pick-up.
