Where do I pick up my online beer order?
Order pick-ups will take place in the main brewery bottle shop. Please park in the designated parking areas.

You can order when you arrive or order online ahead of your visit!
Each retail day, we open online ordering at 7:00 a.m. for same-day pick-ups any time during our open hours (Wednesday & Thursday 11:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Friday & Saturday 11:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m., and Sunday 11:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.) For certain limited releases, we may elect to open ordering manually at 8:00 a.m., so follow our weekly release announcements and social media channels for details.
Your order will be picked when you arrive, so there’s no need to arrive at opening or hurry!

Frequently Asked Questions
When will my pickup order be ready?
Your order will be picked and packed when you arrive at the brewery. Please visit our Retail Shop, queue in the line on your right upon entry, and check-in with our staff at the podium. We will pull up your online order and take payment, and your order will be fulfilled as soon as possible.
If you would like to make any changes or add any offerings onto your order, you may do this at this point in time.
Do I have to place an order online or can I just pick out my cans and bottles when I arrive?
We strongly encourage that all orders are placed in advance through our online shop; this guarantees that the beer you are purchasing will be held for your scheduled pick-up, and that we will not sell out of that particular offering before your arrival. If you have not placed an order in advance, however, we can accommodate day-of orders onsite, subject to remaining availability of inventory.
Please bring a credit card for payment as we do not currently accept cash.
What if I don’t pick up my order by the end of the day?
If unable to pick-up your order the day for which it was placed, we will void your order and you will not be charged.
We are not able to hold orders until the following day, or over the weekend for a pick-up the next week.
Can I return/swap my growlers?
Although we do not accept growlers for return, we are able to re-fill and re-use your empty, clean growlers with any beer currently offered for growler fills in our Taproom.

Should I bring a cooler for my pick-up? Are the beers stored cold?
All of our canned beer is packaged and stored cold, and should be kept cold at all times. Thus, a cooler and ice is advisable if you are traveling a significant distance home.
All of our bottled beers are bottle conditioned and are stored at room temperature. These beers should not get hot, but they do not need to be chilled until you are ready to enjoy them.
Can I add to an order I've already placed?
Once an order has been submitted, it cannot be edited. However, you are welcome to place a second order under the same name. We are happy to combine your orders.
You can also always add any additional offerings onto an order that you have placed when you are here to purchase and pick-up your beer.
