Hill Farmstead Brewery’s annual Anniversary Week takes place from Wednesday, May 27, to Sunday, May 31. 

Highlights:

The taproom will offer a rotating selection of vintage glass pours dating back to 2011, including Citrus Coolship, Double Barrel-aged Damon, Genealogy of Morals, and Civil Disobedience Blend 10, along with additional daily selections. 

There will also be new, daily offerings of the Venetian Hours Bourbon Barreal-Aged series for takeaway in growlers only.

The bottle shop will have new bottle releases (please see our other post) as well as a rotating selection of unannounced vintage re-releases available for take-away each day.

• Double Dry-Hopped Anniversary Edward: Debuted to mark the 15th Anniversary, this edition of our defining Vermont Pale Ale is double dry-hopped to amplify the quintessential citrus and pine.
• Excursions HBC 586/Phantasm – Vermont IPA featuring the experimental hop HBC 586 and Phantasm Thiol Powder.
• Ephraim – Vermont Triple IPA brewed with a selection of our favorite hops from the Vermont Pacific Northwest.

• Fri., 11:30 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. (extended hours)
• Sun., 11:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
