Motueka Single Hop Pale Ale | Nelson Single Hop Pale Ale

Each of these American pale ales is brewed with the same proprietary blend of organically grown malt used in this most recent batch of Edward. Bittered, flavored, and dry-hopped exclusively with a personally selected blend of hops, each crop is from the 2020 harvest, grown and pelletized by our agricultural partners at Freestyle Hops in Upper Moutere, New Zealand. 

Our active presence in the annual New Zealand harvest has helped us recognize patterns whilst exploring the delicate nuances amongst crops, harvest timing, and location—furthering our understanding between sensory analysis in the field and the final product.
