Retail Shop News for 21 July 2021

Thank you to everyone who came out this week for our first week of hybrid retail shop operations. We’re grateful for your patience and positive support all week.

For clarity, you can order right in the bottle shop when you arrive, or you can order online on the day you’re planning to visit via toasttab.com/hillfarmstead. The same-day order window opens at 5 a.m. each day and beginning this week, you can schedule your pick-up time between 11 a.m. and 5 p.m.

If you do order ahead, check in with Courtney or Mike at the register—there is only one line for ordering and order pickup. You can even add to your order when you arrive.

For this week, we’ll release two new offerings, which we’ll explore more fully in a separate post

Nonconformist 01, a brand new series, and Cherry/Raspberry 2019 Harvest, a reimagined exploration of our fruited Farmstead® ales.

We will also have freshly packaged cans of our American India Pale Ale, Harlan, and our German-style Helles, Marie. We brewed this new batch of Marie entirely with organic German malt.  Moving forward, we will produce all of our lagers and Farmstead® ales with organic malts and continue working towards fully organic beer throughout.

Our can selection will also include Edward; Conduct of Life; and Society & Solitude #6.

Our taproom is open by reservation only, and seatings for the remainder of July have filled up; we hope to open up August dates this coming week. Canceled reservations will automatically be added back by the Tock service, and we are reviewing a waiting list feature. Check back there for possible openings.

Couldn’t get a reservation? Enjoy our beer on tap near the brewery and around northern Vermont by visiting https://hillfarmstead.com/beer-finder/ for locations. Also, if you’re visiting outside of our retail hours, check out Willey’s Store and Wilson Farm Market in Greensboro, Smith’s Grocery in Greensboro Bend, and Buffalo Mountain Coop in Hardwick. We try to maintain a small selection of bottles, and occasionally cans, for our immediate local area.

Thank you again!
