For Anniversary Festival Week, we have four new cans available, including a special Anniversary version of Edward, the debut of our non-alcoholic malt beverage, and two brewery classics.

15th Anniversary Edward

The first beer brewed at Hill Farmstead, and the one we brew every week… the beer that built the brewery. For fifteen years, we have dutifully crafted this American Pale Ale from American malted barley, a plethora of American hops, our ale yeast, and water from Edward’s well. To celebrate the grand opening, we offer a special Anniversary Edition, double dry-hopped and hop-backed with whole-leaf Simcoe®.  

No Bad Parts

No Bad Parts is a non-alcoholic malt beverage that embodies balance and complexity.   Made with our well water, organic lime juice, Strata hops, and malted barley, this offers bright citrus, gentle hop aromatics, and a refreshing finish—all while maintaining 0.5% abv with no mechanical de-alcoholization.

Its name is inspired by Richard C. Schwartz’s book No Bad Parts, which explores the Internal Family Systems (IFS) model of self-awareness and healing, and a book that has informed our exploration of Conscious Consumption. This continues our exploration of brewing within tradition while embracing new expressions. 

No Bad Parts is not only an invitation to thoughtful drinking but also a reflection on acceptance, integration, and appreciation of the many facets of self.

We will also offer the progenitors of Edward within the ancestral collection—Abner (DIPA) and Ephraim (Triple IPA)—to commemorate our 15th Anniversary.
