For the Week of 15 December 2021
This week we will have freshly packaged cans of Double Citra, our Single Hop Double India Pale Ale brewed exclusively with Citra® hops from the Pacific Northwest, and Edward, our Ancestral American Pale Ale. These will join cans of Susan, our Ancestral India Pale Ale, and Abner, our Ancestral Double India Pale Ale, as well as a broad selection of bottle offerings that includes Charlie; Melange: 2019 Harvest; Yellow Raspberry: Harvest 2020; Self-Reliance: Motueka; and Phenomenology of Spirit.
This will be the final week of reservation taproom service for 2021, and we look forward to seeing many of you in the festively adorned tasting room, with decorations courtesy of our own Denise Hill! Our bottle shop will be open normal days and hours the next two weeks—this coming week and the week of Christmas—Weds., Thurs., and Fri., 11:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
A reminder for our fellow Vermonters that we’ll open sales for a number of our curated 6-bottle boxes on Monday, 13 December, at 5 p.m. This is for Vermont residents only and will ship via UPS. For more information, visit shop.hillfarmstead.com or check out our post from Thursday!
From 25 December through 9 February, the entire team will enjoy a well-earned winter break to pursue additional personal and professional growth projects. Our bottle shop will reopen on Weds., 9 February, and that same week we expect to open reservations for our taproom that will begin on 16 February. We’ll be sure to post updates and announcements leading up to our reopening!
