Thank you to everyone who came out to visit us this week, during our bottle shop reopening!

Our taproom’s reservation service reopens this week with two weeks of seated, curated tasting experiences, all of which are fully booked.

Reservations from 2 March through 15 April for standard taproom service are also available, so visit exploretock.com/hillfarmstead for availability.

Upcoming Saturday Hours
Beginning on Saturday, 5 March, we will open both our bottle shop and taproom on the first Saturday of each month! Hours for those Saturdays will be the same as current days, 11:30 – 5 p.m. Reservations for the taproom will still be required so that we can continue to keep the atmosphere convivial and enjoyable for all, and our bottle shop online ordering will be the same on Saturdays as during the week.

We’ll be open the following Saturdays through the summer: 4 April, 7 May, 4 June, 2 July, 6 August, and 3 September.

George and Earl
This week, we will offer freshly packaged cans of George, our American brown ale, and Earl, our oatmeal coffee stout. Both batches have enjoyed extended two-month cold conditioning, and Earl features coffee selections from George Howell.

These new offerings will join a range of bottle offerings that includes Aaron Bourbon/Cognac; Self-Reliance: Vermont-Grown Cascade, Raspberry: 2020 Harvest; and Phenomenology of Spirit.
