Harlan • Everett • Taproom Preview

The colors of autumn have begun peaking through—here and there—as a hint at the season ahead. Until fall arrives on copper and fiery wings, we’ll enjoy the warmth of late summer afternoons with freshly packaged cans of Harlan and Everett (also available in growler to-go!). We’ll also select some vintage delights from the archives to share with guests as onsite pours in our taproom (reservations are available each day).

Takeaway Options for the Week

Cans

• Harlan – IPA dry-hopped with Columbus, Nelson Sauvin, and organic Simcoe® hops
• Everett – American Porter, brewed with American malted barley, English and German roasted malts, and American hops.
• Mary – German-style Pilsner, brewed entirely with organic malted barley. 
• Susan – IPA brewed with a selection of organic hops
• Double Galaxy – Double India Pale Ale with Galaxy hops

Bottles

• Anna Valiquette – Farmstead® ale brewed with Vermont honey and aged atop raspberry and cherry pomace from the 2019 harvest.
• Vera Mae 2021 – Farmstead® ale brewed with Vermont honey, dandelion flowers, and organic malts, aged in wine barrels.
• Arthur: Puncheon – Farmstead® ale brewed with organic malts and aged in puncheons.

Our bottled offerings will also feature Arthur, Florence, and special guest bottles.

By the Glass and Growlers To Go

Draft choices for our reservation guests will include Edward; Everett; Shirley Mae; Susan; Mary; Poetica; Civil Disobedience Blend 26; bottle and glass pours of vintage beers including Samuel and Art; and guest ciders from nearby Wildbranch Cider.

A reminder that reservation service is available, with fees 100% benefiting Circus Smirkus, and walk-in guests are always welcome!
