To-Go Offerings for The Week
Of First & Last returns this coming week to cans and draft. This India Pale Ale is inspired by years of accumulated experience and an expression of both past, present, and future, harmonizing some of our favorite hop varieties into a bright, balanced beer that showcases the beauty of a well-orchestrated chorus.
Brewed with Motueka™, Nelson Sauvin, and Simcoe® hops, this beer is the spiritual successor to Mutual Admiration, a collaboration brewed in 2015 with Pat McIlhenney of McIlhenney Brewing (original founder and brewer of Alpine Brewing). As luck would have it, Pat and Val happened to be visiting with us during the brewday and we enlisted Pat’s help with hopping, of course… thanks, Pat!
Cans for the week also include…
- Mary, our unfiltered German-style lager brewed with organic malted barley
- Marie, our unfiltered German-style Helles brewed with organic malted barley
- Walden, our hoppy blond ale with Motueka™, Simcoe®, and Amarillo®
- Edward, our American Pale Ale brewed with a selection of organic hops
Our bottle selection will feature Prolegomena; Gooseberry/Northern Kiwi Harvest 2020; Nonconformist 03; Charlie; and Barrel-Aged Table Dorothy, as well as a number of special guest offerings from our friends at 3 Fonteinen.
