Holiday Schedule • Nelson Pale Ale • Society & Solitude #2
This coming week, our retail shop will be open Wednesday and Friday, 11:30 a.m. – 5 p.m. We will be closed on Thursday, 25 November. Our taproom is fully booked for both days, and with the weather outlook and our inside capacity, we don’t anticipate opening additional reservations.
Don’t forget that our Canada Appreciation Day is Saturday, 4 December, with retail shop hours from 11:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m and taproom hours from 11:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. (no reservations required for this day only).
Also, a reminder that we will be closed from 25 December through the end of January 2022 for our winter break. Stay tuned for more details on that in the coming weeks.
We will offer freshly packaged cans of Nelson Single Hop Pale Ale, our single hop pale ale brewed exclusively with personally selected Nelson Sauvin Hops from Freestyle Farm—our agricultural partner in Upper Moutere, New Zealand. Also, making its canned reappearance will be Society & Solitude #2, our Double Black India Pale Ale hopped copiously with Simcoe® and Columbus. We’ll also continue to offer cans of Mary and Twilight of the Idols. Our bottle selection for the week includes Charlie; Phenomenology of Spirit; Self-Reliance: Mosaic (Double Dry-Hopped); and more.
Also, if you’re in the Winooski area, swing by Beverage Warehouse’s 7th Annual Hops-4-Hunger fundraiser for Hill Farmstead cans and selections from 3 Fonteinen, Cantillon, and Tilquin. Check their site for details: https://beveragewarehousevt.com/home/2021/11/18/hops-4-hunger-2021/. Proceeds from the sale of our products specifically will benefit the Sheffield Food Pantry, Orleans Food Pantry, and Woodbury/Calais Food Shelf.
