Excursions: HBC 586/Phantasm features the experimental HBC 586 hop and Phantasm Thiol Powder—derived from Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc grape skins—to enhance tropical fruit aromatics during fermentation. Brewed with our hand-selected Citra® hops, Citra® Pale Ale presents a focused expression of this singular hop’s bright citrus character.
