Retail Update for 23 October 2024

Art • Dharma Bum • Song of Joy • Society & Solitude #4

Some wonderful pockets of foliage are still hanging on, including right here on Hill Road! Buoyed by a stretch of beautifully temperate weather ahead, we’ll offer a reemergence of Art for takeaway over the next two weeks, along with three additions to our can coolers, as noted above.

Art (2020)

Art is the wine barrel-fermented and oak-conditioned version of Arthur (1922-2005), Edward’s youngest brother, as well as his namesake Farmstead™ ale. This vintage is a blend that was selected from the most exceptional Arthur (now Art), aging for nearly two years, and has been further matured in the bottle beginning in December 2020. Following more than four years of closely observed bottle conditioning, this expression represents a signature process refinement, integral to assure that each beer achieves its highest potential—ready for release and enjoyment at this moment

We will allocate bottles each retail day for online ordering (same-day pick-up only). Beginning at 8 a.m. each morning (Weds.-Sat.), our Toast online store will go live (toasttab.com/hillfarmstead/), through which you can place your order for Art and any other items available in the shop. This ensures availability each day of this week and allows folks to arrive at any time during our open retail hours to complete their purchases.

For the duration of the release, there is a strict limit of one bottle per person. Any orders with more than one (1) bottle will be reduced to the limit, and duplicate orders will be canceled. We will offer this again the following week (30 October). Each 750ml bottle will be $100 plus tax.

Guests in our taproom may enjoy this new emergence of Art by the glass, along with a host of thoughtful vintage offerings in draft and bottle format.

For one final week, Smokin’ Joes will join us only on Friday and Saturday. We will offer cheese and olives on Wednesday and Thursday, but guests are welcome to bring a picnic or snacks!

Visit our website for the week’s other can, bottle, and growler offerings.
