Bottle Conditioned Mary

In honor of Edward’s mother, we brew an unfiltered and naturally carbonated German-style Pilsner with malted barley, our favorite German hops, and classic German lager yeast. In line with Germany’s long tradition of bottled lagers, we occasionally offer an edition naturally carbonated with fresh-fermenting krausen and bottle-conditioned in 500ml bottles. 

Taproom selections for the coming week will include Samuel (2020 Vintage) and Civil Disobedience Blend 33 (2018 Vintage).

Food Truck: Hook + Peel will be on-site on Friday and Saturday.
