Barrel-Aged Everett • Poetica 1 • New Cans • Winter Gathering Reminder

This coming week:

• Bourbon Barrel-Aged Everett – The imperial version of our porter, conditioned in Bourbon barrels for two years
• Edward – American Pale Ale brewed with a selection of our favorite hops from the Pacific Northwest.
• Poetica 1 – Old World Inspired Pilsner lagered in wood and naturally carbonated (taproom only)
• Three Magic Letters – New Zealand-inspired IPA brewed with Nelson Sauvin®, Riwaka, and Simcoe® hops.
• Earl –  Oatmeal stout brewed with coffee from George Howell Coffee

Our taproom selections will feature vintage bottles and draft by the glass, including Clover (2020) and Damon (2019).

Barrel-aged Everett

For the barrel-aged version of his namesake beer, we brew a richer, more complex version and age it in select Bourbon barrels. Following 18 months of contented and carefully observed rest, the resulting expression takes on the unique characteristic that time and spirit provide.
