Foster honors Edward’s brother, Foster Hill (1904–1919), who once called this land home alongside his 13 siblings. We reimagined the original recipe in 2023 and resurrected the beer as an American IPA with Citra® and Simcoe® hops, thus creating our only regularly available IPA brewed with Citra. 

Additional Cans for the Week:

• Double Motueka – Double IPA brewed exclusively with hand-selected Motueka™ hops from our agricultural partners at Freestyle Farms in Upper Moutere, New Zealand.
• Rhetorica – Czech-style dark lager, single-decocted and conditioned for several months, with slow, natural carbonation

This is the final week of food vendors for the season. Thank you to all of our guest food vendors who shared the outdoor space with our guests throughout the warmer months. We will move forward with our in-house cheese selections, marinated olives, and Patchwork Farms Matzoh.
