The Week of 9 September
Autumna • Susan • Society & Solitude #3 • No Bad Parts • Shirley Mae
Each September, we offer Autumna, our annual German-inspired unfiltered fest lager, brewed with German malted barley, German-grown Perle and Mittlefrüh hops, and our well water. This lightly hopped pale lager is decocted, conditioned in wooden barrels at 3°C for three months, and then provided with freshly harvested krausen for natural, gentle carbonation.
This will be available to enjoy by the glass in our taproom and to-go in growlers.
Cans for the Week:
- Susan – Vermont IPA brewed with hops from the Vermont Pacific Northwest and Riwaka hops from New Zealand.
- Society & Solitude #3 – Double IPA brewed with Columbus and Simcoe® hops.
- No Bad Parts – Our non-alcoholic malt beverage is made with our well water, organic lime juice, Strata hops, and malted barley.
Additional taproom selections for the coming week will include glass pours of Ann (2017 Vintage) and Aaron (2021 Vintage).
Additional New Draft:
Shirley Mae – Our sessionable, slow-poured, nitrogenated porter is crafted from American malted barley, English and German roasted malts, American hops, cocoa nibs, vanilla, and lactose sugar (by the glass only, not to-go).
