Poetica 3
Deeply inspired by trips to Pilsen and Czechia in the last seven years, Poetica 3 is our Czech-inspired Pilsner brewed with a single decoction mash process, Czech Saaz hops, fermented with Czech and German lager yeast. After three months of cold conditioning in our oak puncheons, the beer is krausened with fresh fermenting beer for natural carbonation. Following further conditioning and slow carbonation, we present a beautifully softened, refined, and elevated representation of Pilsner-style beer.

These luxurious hats from Original Favorites are made with a blend of 90% Extra-Fine Merino wool and 10% Cashmere. They feature seven-gauge heavy-knit construction and are handmade with New Zealand-raised Merino wool.
