- Self-Reliance: HBC 522
- Fresh cans of Susan (our Ancestral IPA) and Double Nelson Imperial IPA
Civil Disobedience #30
This milestone entry in our blended barrel-aged Farmstead® ale series merits a fuller, more comprehensive telling of its tale. As such, check out the follow-up post HERE that more fully acquaints you with the backdrop and progression of this singular release.
Self-Reliance: HBC-522
In continuing our Self-Reliance series of Farmstead® single-hop India pale ales, this release was brewed in December of 2019, conditioned in puncheons, and hopped exclusively with HBC 522, an experimental hop grown in Washington State’s Yakima Valley that is highlighted by citrus and delicate floral characteristics.
Susan and Double Nelson
Our Ancestral India Pale Ale, Susan, returns for curbside sales this coming week. First brewed in October of 2012, this has remained a stalwart draft offering ever since and makes just its second appearance in cans. Also available for to-go cans, Double Nelson is our imperial India Pale Ale bittered, flavored, and dry-hopped exclusively with hand-selected Nelson Sauvin hops from New Zealand.
Curbside ordering information is available on our retail shop page, or you may order directly at http://toasttab.com/hillfarmstead/.
Same-day ordering is available, but we strongly encourage ordering ahead of time; it’s highly likely that Susan will sell out early on!
