For the coming week, in rhythm with the likely changing of the leaves, we have packaged another member of our ancestral beer-series in cans: Everett! We’ll also have fresh cans of Simcoe® Pale Ale and Society & Solitude #5, as well as the return of Legitimacy beginning Thursday.

Everett

Inspired and informed by Shaun’s time spent brewing and living in Copenhagen, our Porter pays tribute to the legendary Ølfabrikken Porter created by our friend Christian Skovdal Andersen. Everett was first brewed in June of 2010 and has been a recurring offering since then, including a previous 12-ounce can appearance in 2017. This time, we present Everett in 16-ounce format.

Simcoe® Pale Ale

This release features our brewery favorite—Simcoe® hops that we selected during our 2019 harvest selection in Yakima. Focused and bright, we often find that our 5% abv. American Pale Ales demonstrate a singularity in expression and drinkability that is often lost as the alcohol content and hopping rate increase.

Delayed Legitimacy Release

Due to the Labor Day holiday-shortened week, we won’t package this batch of Legitimacy until Wed. afternoon, so it will not be available for pick-up until Thursday orders. If you would like to order Legitimacy, it will be available on the webshop beginning Wed. evening for both Thursday and Friday pick-up. Our system doesn’t allow additions to existing orders, unfortunately, but if you place an order before it’s available and then place a second order for Legitimacy, we will do our best to pair those receipts on your Thursday or Friday pick-up day.
