We are looking for individuals interested in working with a team of like-minded people. We are hard-working, detail-oriented, flexible, and focused on creating memorable experiences for our guests.

We are looking for individuals interested in joining us on a journey of self-cultivation. Our small staff meets daily to allow for consistent communication across all areas of the brewery. These meetings provide an opportunity for team members to connect and engage with each other on various topics, from daily needs to company culture.

We are looking for individuals excited about the idea of lifelong learning. As a new member of our retail team, we’ll help get you up to speed on the history of Hill Farmstead, our beers, our company culture, and even our local community.

We are looking for individuals with a positive outlook on life and who are able to project their excitement to our guests. Many people travel from great distances to visit us, and it is our top priority to make them feel welcome and engaged, regardless of their beer knowledge.
