Upcoming Onsite and Tasting Room Updates

Our onsite experience returns for reservation service beginning Weds., 16 Feb., in a modified, intimate format for the first two weeks. We will open reservations on Weds., 9 Feb., at 5 p.m.

While our production crew is brewing our hoppy offerings for early March enjoyment, we will take the opportunity to dig deep into our cellar and offer a curated selection of our favorite vintage beers packaged between 2012 and 2014 (some fun throwbacks included here!).

For Feb. 16-18 and Feb. 23-25, we will offer a limited number of reservations for an exceptional vintage tasting experience. Each two-hour session will include a carefully curated selection of our beers, including barrel-aged Farmstead® Ales, stouts, and more. Because of the highly finite inventory for many of these bottles, sessions will include different and novel selections.

To allow as many people as possible to participate in this experience, we ask that guests purchase only one session during the two weeks. Also, reservations for those sessions are non-transferable, so please review the cancellation policy carefully before purchasing an experience. If the day or time you are interested in is not available, please feel free to add yourself to the waitlist (and include the specific time slot you are interested in). Any open slots will be offered (in order) to those on the waitlist.

Because of the extremely limited nature of these bottles and to waste as little as possible, we are implementing a strict cancellation policy, which is detailed on our Tock page. Please note this policy applies ONLY to the upcoming Limited Vintage Tastings.

Beginning in March, our Weds., Thurs., and Fri. tasting room service will return to its previous reservation format, with draft pours and a la carte bottle selections. Openings for those sessions, through mid-April, will also be made available tomorrow!

We look forward to seeing and sharing this place with you again.
