Upcoming Releases for 15-17 July
For 15-17 July, we will have new cans of Mary, Difference & Repetition: Hallertau Blanc/Simcoe®, and Society & Solitude #5 for curbside pick-up, along with What is Enlightenment? and Double Citra. We will also release a new batch of Self-Reliance: Motueka, and we will be offering 2L growlers of Poetica #3 (new glass only).
Ralph Waldo Emerson’s essay “Self-Reliance,” as does all of his writing, inspires and compels us to engage in the perennial introspection which is to reflect, examine, and refine. To that end, we present you with our Self-Reliance series of Farmstead® single-hop India pale ales. This release was brewed in July of 2019, generously hopped with hand-selected Motueka™ hops from Freestyle Farm—our agricultural partner in Upper Moutere, New Zealand—and aged in oak puncheons for 4 months prior to bottling.
Our Czech-inspired pilsner is brewed with a single decoction mash process, Czech Saaz hops, fermented with Czech and German lager yeast in a French oak puncheon in our cooler. After three months of conditioning, the beer was krausened with fresh fermenting beer for natural carbonation, then conditioned for many more months. We present you with a beautifully softened, refined, and elevated representation of pilsner.
Guidelines for out-of-state visitors remain unchanged. Currently, counties in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Virginia, West Virginia, Delaware, Ohio, and Washington D.C. will be allowed to visit without quarantine. Counties in those states must meet a threshold of less than 400 active cases per million and be within driving distance of Vermont in order to qualify.

For the safety and health of our staff, community, and families, we thank you for respecting and observing these travel guidelines.
Thank you all for your positive support. See you in the loop!
