As we reach the threshold of Labor Day weekend and an all-too-short summer waves faintly from the rearview mirror, we look ahead to autumn in Vermont. Cooler nights, shorter days, the arrival of foliage.

Beginning this coming week, our hours will shift slightly for the bottle shop, now opening at 11:30 a.m. (still closing at 5 p.m.). We are exploring expanding our reservation time to match that, so stay tuned to our Tock site for possible openings. Additional spots generally become available on Monday at 5 p.m. for the same week, but with the holiday, stay tuned on Tuesday.

Continuing throughout September, we will donate $1 for each draft pour in our taproom to Outright Vermont in support of its essential services for at-risk LGBTQ+ youth. September is Vermont Pride month, and Outright Vermont is an indispensable, state-wide non-profit that works to shape a safe, equitable state for all LGBTQ+ youth.

Our bottle shop will be stocked with cans of Citra® Pale Ale; Susan, our India Pale Ale; Edward, our American Pale Ale; and Mary (brewed with organic malted barley). Bottle selections will include Pear: 2020 Harvest; Nonconformist 02; Arthur: Cascade; Florence: Puncheon; Cherry/Raspberry: 2019 Harvest; Barrel-Aged Lemon Cello; and Barrel-Aged Wachu Saison.

The same-day online order window will continue at toasttab.com/hillfarmstead at 5 a.m. each retail open day (Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday), and you can also buy when you arrive without preordering.
