Retail Shop and Taproom Update for the Week of 27 April 2022

Barrel-Aged Table Dorothy • Double Citra and Marie Return • Growler Offerings

In 2015, we introduced a low-alcohol version of our dry-hopped Farmstead® pale ale, Dorothy, and this “table” version has made reappearances in our lineup a few times over the last seven years, including a barrel-aged version in 2018.

In February 2020, we brewed another Table Dorothy expressly to rest in wine barrels—in this case, for more than nine months—and then dry-hopped the beer with Citra®, Mosaic®, and Simcoe®. After an additional 16 months in the bottle, this barrel-aged rendition is now ready to enjoy.

New Cans

This week will see the return of…

  • Marie, our unfiltered German-style Helles brewed with organic malted barley.
  • Double Citra, our American Imperial IPA brewed exclusively with hand-selected organic Citra® hops from Yakima Chief.

Our can selection will also include Harlan, our American IPA brewed with Columbus, Nelson Sauvin, and organically grown Simcoe® hops, and Double Motueka, our American Imperial IPA brewed exclusively with hand-selected Motueka™ hops from Freestyle Farms, our agricultural partner in Upper Moutere, New Zealand.

Glass pours of both Triple Barrel Damon and Art will once again be available for reservation holders in our taproom this coming week.
