Beyond Good and Evil • Convivial Suarez • Pie Empire • New Cans
Winter in northern Vermont has found its footing—fields brightened, crisp mornings, the year open— and in that spirit, we will bring forth a new edition of Beyond Good and Evil, our Bourbon barrel-aged maple imperial stout. Our retail shop will be restocked with three freshly packaged cans, noted above with details below.
Guests visiting our taproom team will find a wide range of vintage and fresh beers by the glass, including a rotating selection of vintage fruited Floras throughout the week, as well as a selection of bottles from our cellars to enjoy onsite.
Also, on Saturday and Sunday only, Pie Empire will join us in the taproom with their delightful savory handheld pies!
Beyond Good and Evil
Brewed in January of 2023, we crafted our Bourbon barrel-aged maple imperial stout with malted wheat and local Vermont maple syrup. Following a two-year rest in hand-selected Bourbon barrels from our favorite distilleries and considered conditioning in the bottle, this offers a subtle, balanced sweetness with hints of maple, cocoa, and vanillin.
Convivial Suarez
Our Farmstead® ale, brewed with hibiscus and fresh lemon peel and juice, was inspired by our 2012 collaboration with Dany Prignon at Belgium’s Brasserie Fantôme and the endearing and whimsical spirit of our friend and former colleague, Dan Suarez.
New Cans
- Foster – brewed with Citra® and Simcoe® hops
- Society & Solitude 13 – Double IPA brewed with HBC 586, Strata®, and Simcoe® Hops.
