Cans for the coming week:

Edward – Vermont pale ale brewed with a blend of hops from the Pacific Northwest.

Susan – Vermont IPA brewed with hops from the American Pacific Northwest and Riwaka hops from New Zealand.

Double Citra – Vermont Double IPA brewed exclusively with Citra® hops from Washington state’s Yakima Valley.

Taproom selections for the coming week will include Clover (Vintage 2020) and Double Barrel Damon (Vanilla). 

New draft only:

Symposia – Single-decocted Old World German-style rauchbier, featuring malts smoked at Hill Farmstead. Lagered for more than six weeks before krausening with fresh-fermenting beer to provide slow, natural carbonation, subtly sweet smokiness, and a crisp malt feel.
