Brother Soigné: Gin Barrel

Brother Soigné has appeared regularly since its genesis in March 2013, a creation of Shaun Hill and Luc “Bim” Lafontaine, born of friendship and adventurousness. This Farmstead® ale, brewed with blood orange, lime, and hibiscus, occasionally finds residency in Barr Hill gin barrels from Caledonia Spirits. 

This combination of juniper’s subtle botanical bitterness and the base beer’s inherent but inferred underlayment of fruit and effervescence creates a mature and pleasantly delicate result.
