Difference & Repetition: Peacharine®/Simcoe® • Foster • Society & Solitude #6

As part of our partnership with Freestyle Hops, and in the spirit of experimentation inherent in our Difference & Repetition series, we’re offering a new entry featuring a relatively new variety: Peacharine®. Grown in New Zealand’s Sunrise Valley and Nelson Lakes regions, these hops bring—as the name strongly implies—bright peach characteristics, along with stone fruit and lime zest. Available in cans and growlers, and by the glass in our taproom.

Additional taproom selections for the coming week will include glass pours of Flora (Vintage 2020) and Damon (Vintage 2020).

Cans for the Week:

• Foster – IPA brewed with Citra® and Simcoe® hops.
• Society & Solitude #6 – Double IPA brewed nearly exclusively with hand-selected Mosaic® hops—the official beer of Bill “Spaceman” Lee.
