- Saturday – Festival of Farmhouse Ales (sold out); our Taproom will be closed, but the Bottle Shop remains open 11:30-5 p.m. for all visitors.

Flora (Taproom Only)
We will debut a new iteration of Flora, our wine barrel-conditioned Farmstead® wheat ale, in 375ml format. Given the small number of bottles available, this will only be available for onsite enjoyment in our Taproom. This single-barrel selection of Florence’s namesake beer rested in oak for more than two years, then conditioned for another two years in bottle before achieving its singular balance. This will be limited to 40 bottles per day this week only, and 1 per person per day.
Beyond Good and Evil: Rum Barrel
Our barrel-aged maple imperial stout, this edition was brewed in March of 2023 with malted wheat and Vermont maple syrup, then aged for more than two years in freshly emptied Rum barrels from Privateer Rum in Ipswich, Mass.
Juicy
This dry-hopped Farmstead® ale was inspired by the landscape and the viniculture of New Zealand and features Nelson Sauvin, Simcoe®, and Amarillo®. Following its residency in wine barrels with our resident microflora, the beer that we have referred to as Juicy since 2012 is now ready to be enjoyed.
Taproom selections for the coming week will include a variety of daily vintage offerings, changing each day.
