Soignée

The summer Rosé-inspired version of Brother Soigné, our Wheat Farmstead Ale, is conditioned atop the pomace of organically grown plums (from Elmore Roots Nursery) and organically grown raspberries (from Adam’s Berry Farm in Charlotte). 

Taproom selections for the coming week will include Ann (2017 Vintage), Flora Cherry, Civil Disobedience #30, and Genealogy of Morals: Buena Vista Organic (2019 Vintage).

Cans for the coming week:

Legitimacy – IPA brewed with Citra®,  Motueka, and Simcoe® hops. 6% abv

Mosaic Single Hop IPA – IPA brewed exclusively with  Mosaic® hops grown in Yakima, Washington. 6% abv

Double Nelson – Double IPA brewed with hand-selected Nelson Sauvin hops from Freestyle Hops in Upper Moutere, New Zealand. 8% abv

No Bad Parts – Non-alcoholic malt beverage made with our well water, lime juice, Strata hops, and malted barley. Bright citrus, gentle hop aromatics, and a refreshing finish.0.5% abv.
