Bottle Release For December 5, 2018

On Weds., December 5, we will release a special new coffee variant of Genealogy of Morals: Finca Vista Hermosa

We chose two barrels of our wheat imperial stout, Genealogy of Morals, as the base for a series of single origin coffee experiments. After aging 20 months in select bourbon barrels, we conditioned the beer atop Finca Vista Hermosa's Guatemalan coffee beans sourced and roasted by The Coffee Collective in Copenhagen. These friends long ago changed our world-view as to what coffee could be. After months of bottle conditioning, the beer is now ready for release.

Crew Leader Edwin Martinez Sr. and Crew Member Mario Sales Perez of Finca Vista Hermosa in Guatemala amongst the coffee plants. Please visit our bottle release page, http://hillfarmstead.com/bottle-release, for bottle limits and pricing information (credit card and matching ID required for this bottle).

We will also have fresh cans of Nelson IPA, along with a great selection of other cans and bottle offerings. Visit our retail page for updated information.
