Susan

For our final canned offering until April, we will have a fresh batch of Susan, our ancestral American India pale ale, which is bittered, flavored, and dry-hopped with a selection of hops from the Yakima Valley and Riwaka hops from New Zealand, all from the 2020 harvest.

Guest Bottles

Amongst our wide selection of Hill Farmstead bottles,  we will have three guest offerings this coming week:

• The Lost Abbey Oude Testament (2018 Vintage) – An oak-aged sour ale brewed with blackberries and cherries.
• 3 Fonteinen Oude Kriek (2015 Vintage) – A traditional kriek lambic produced by macerating cherries, including the pits, in young lambic. 
• Gueuzerie Tilquin Gueuze a La’Ancienne (2019 Vintage) – A gueuze blended from Boon, Lindemans, Girardin, and Cantillon lambic.
