Two canned offerings make a return appearance this week in the retail shop: Of First & Last Things and Society & Solitude #6.

Of First & Last Things harmonizes some of our favorite hand-selected hop varieties—Motueka™, Nelson Sauvin, and organically grown Simcoe® from Perrault Farms in Moxee, Wash.—into a bright, balanced India Pale Ale. Society & Solitude #6 is our Imperial India Pale Ale brewed almost exclusively with hand-selected organic Mosaic® hops, grown by Roy Farms in Moxee, Wash.

Memoria Growlers

Beginning this coming week, we’ll make available growler fills of Memoria in our taproom, alongside Edward. Memoria is our single decocted, Old World German-style Helles; lagered in wood for three months, and gently carbonated naturally via krausen. There will be a limit of one 2L or two 750ml growlers per person.

Remember, there is no reservation necessary to buy growlers!

We will still have Double Barrel Aaron available this coming week, with allocated amounts for each day, to ensure availability each day next week. This is a limit of one bottle per person for the duration of the release. Each day, we will allocate bottles for online reservation (same-day pick-up) at 7 a.m. each morning.
