Fall has officially arrived, the temps have dipped, and the colors are just starting their seasonal transition, which offers a keen opportunity for the arrival of a new Madness & Civilization blend, as well as cans and draft of a brand new entry in our “Song of…” cycle. Plus, Double Nelson returns for both cans and draft. Hook and Peel Pizza will be on site with its mobile pizza kitchen for Saturday only.

Madness & Civilization Blend 16

For this sixteenth entry in our continuing exploration of blended barrel-aged stouts and porters, we chose from a diversity of Bourbon barrels exhibiting sympathetic characteristics, including those containing Beyond Good & Evil, Everett, Genealogy of Morals, and Damon—all of which rested more than two years in oak from our favorite distilleries. The curated blend was then conditioned atop Kieni coffee from Nyeri, Kenya—sourced and roasted by our age-old friends at The Coffee Collective in Copenhagen, Denmark—as well as vanilla beans from both Agrofloresta de Mesoamerica in Teapa, Tabasco, Mexico, and Madagascar Vanilla Co. in Antananarivo, Madagascar.

Our other bottled offerings include Civil Disobedience Blend 34; Arthur, Anna Valiquette, Florence, Vera Mae 2021, and special guest bottles.

Song of Autumn

Continuing our seasonal cycle of hoppy offerings, we introduce a seasonally appropriate red IPA in the series. Brewed with a blend of Vermont-grown hops from Champlain Valley Hops in Starksboro, Vt., this autumnal India Pale Ale’s ruddy, reddish hue warmly reflects the seasonal foliage shift across the Northeast Kingdom, as well as the bounty of our burgeoning Vermont hopyards.

• Double Nelson – Imperial IPA hopped exclusively with hand-selected hops from our agricultural partner, Freestyle Farms in Upper Moutere, New Zealand.
• Dharma Bum – IPA brewed and dry-hopped exclusively with hand-selected organic Simcoe® hops
• Abner – Double India Pale Ale with Amarillo®, Chinook, and hand-selected organically grown Simcoe® hops
• Everett – American Porter, brewed with American malted barley, English and German roasted malts, and American hops.

By the Glass and Growlers To Go

Draft choices for our reservation guests will include Edward; Autumna; Dharma Bum; Harlan; Song of Autumn; Everett; Shirley Mae; Poetica; bottle and glass pours of vintage beers; and guest ciders from nearby Wildbranch Cider.
