What a week of beautiful weather, familiar faces (so many!), and a little bit of throwback release week energy. Looking ahead to the coming week, we have just enough Samuel to offer it for sale again, but we will move back to a format of daily allocations and order reservations opening at 8 a.m. each day to ensure availability throughout the week (see below for additional information). Song of Joy, our India Pale Lager, will be available by the glass and for growlers to go (no cans). We’ll also see the return of Of First & Last Things and Society & Solitude #4 to cans and draft lines.

Also, we will have a full week of food vendors: Weds. – Chef Nadav; Thurs. – Hook & Peel; Fri. – MexiRico Auténtico; and Sat. – The New Deal!

Samuel

We will allocate bottles each retail day for online ordering (same-day pick-up only). Beginning at 8 a.m. each morning (Weds.-Sat.), our Toast online store will go live (toasttab.com/hillfarmstead/), through which you can place your order for Samuel and any other items available in the shop. This ensures availability each day of this week and allows folks to arrive at any time during our open retail hours to complete their purchases. 

There is a strict limit of two bottles per person in total, which applies for the duration of the release. Any orders with more than two (2) bottles will have their order reduced to the limit, and duplicate orders will be canceled.

Song of Joy

Song of Joy, our occasional hoppy American lager, is brewed with a blend of hops including Amarillo®, Centennial, Chinook, and Simcoe® hops in the nature of an IPA, yet fermented with lager yeast. First brewed in 2015, Song of Joy makes appearances in our lineup—whenever the spirit moves us.
