Song of Summer • Susan • Double Mosaic • Poetica #3

For the week ahead, we will have three new can offerings, and the return of Poetica 3 for growlers and on-site enjoyment. Our taproom will feature glass pours of Art (Vintage 2020) and Works of Love: Monk’s Blend (Vintage 2017).

• Song of Summer – Pale Ale brewed with raw wheat and hopped with Centennial, Cascade, and Columbus hops grown at Whitefield Hop Yard in nearby Hardwick, Vt. 5% ABV
• Susan – IPA brewed with hops from the Vermont Pacific Northwest and Riwaka hops from New Zealand. 6% ABV
• Double Mosaic – Double IPA hopped exclusively with personally selected Mosaic hops grown in Yakima, Wash. As belies its hop name, it offers a complex breadth of aromas and flavors that highlight the Pacific Northwest’s hop-growing legacy. 8% ABV

• Poetica #3 – A Czech-inspired Pilsner brewed with a single decoction mash process and Czech Saaz hops; fermented with Czech and German lager yeast; conditioned in a French oak puncheon in our cooler for three months; and krausened with fresh fermenting beer to provide natural carbonation.
