Beers
At Hill Farmstead Brewery, we focus upon crafting beers that are softly elegant, palatable, and succinct. We love hops. The majority of the beers that we brew are greater than 85 ibus and dry hopped. We rarely brew the same beer more than once or twice a year (with the exception of Edward, our India Pale Ale) and love experimentation and collaboration. We also love oak barrels: the aroma of the oak in the brewery, the added softness and roundness that the beer develops from its extended aging in the barrel. Our tiny collection of oak barrels (mostly French Oak, and of Napa and Russian River origin) are prominently displayed in our little brewery.
